Norman Swan was born in Scotland to his mixed ethnic parents. However, he has not disclosed any information about his family and childhood. The only thing we know about his early age is that he was so much passion in the medical field. During his time in Scotland, he attended the University of Aberdeen and studied medicine. He graduated from the University with a degree in 1976.
