Hohepa Morehu-Barlow is a professional fraud who claimed to be Tahitian Prince. He came to media attention after granted parole by the Queensland Parole Board. Fake Tahitian Prince Joel Morehu-Barlow, imprisoned on Queensland Health’s $16 million robberies, was released from jail and deported to home town, New Zealand. The 44 years old Morehu-Barlow was charged with five fraud and three-drug offenses in the year 2013.
In addition, fake Tahitian Prince Barlow redirected the money collected from charity to his own bank account. He was imprisoned for 14 years with a five-year non-parole term.
On Friday, February 28, television footage screened showed Morehu-Barlow accompanied by officers of the Australian Border Force escorting him to an airport. He was placed on a Qantas plane heading for Auckland shortly after his release on Thursday, February 27.

The 44 years old Born as Hohepa Hikairo “Joel” Morehu Barlow was the middle manager for Queensland Health. Moreover, he manipulated the fund between October 2007 and December 2011.
