Beckett Cypher dies at 21; Cause of death explained

The son of Melissa Etheridge, Beckett Cypher died at the age of 21 while he was struggling with Opioid addiction. On May 14, 2020, Melissa revealed the news via her Twitter account. Explaining about Beckett Cypher’s cause of death, she wrote:

“Today I joined the hundreds of thousands of families who have lost loved ones to opioid addiction. My son Beckett, who was just 21, struggled to overcome his addiction and finally succumbed to it today.“

Beckett Cypher was born when she was in a relationship with her former partner Julie Cypher. Matter of fact, Beckett was born in 1998 after being artificially inseminated.

Beckett Cypher Cause of death: Opioid addiction

As per the reports, Beckett Cypher was struggling with Opioid addiction, the only cause of his death. Although there is grief of losing a son, Etheridge while addressing the cause of death said:

“We struggle with what else we could have done to save him, and in the end we know he is out of the pain now.“

with the heavy heart, we are unfortunate to write the death of Beckett Cypher. We pray for his soul to rest in peace.
