Amanda Kloots Says Her Husband Nick Cordero Is In Between Life And Death, Fighting With Deadly Coronavirus

Amanda Kloots confirms her husband, Nick Cordero is fighting for life after getting contracted with Nobel Coronavirus. Amanda Kloots, took the help of Instagram to announce the Broadway star is in critical condition after the surgery. In particular, the surgery was performed to increase blood flow in his right leg.

As per the reports, Nick was hospitalized last week for a possible coronavirus infection. While he was twice tested negative for COVID-19, he was diagnosed with pneumonia before the coronavirus returned positive for the third swab test. At one point blood pressure fell so low that the 41-year-old Broadway star lost consciousness and had to be resuscitated.

Amanda Kloots Pleading Fans To Pray For Her Sick Husband

With the help of her Instagram account, Kloots said that her husband’s situation had become “very bad,” urging fans to pray for her sick husband.

she posted a picture of herself along with Nick and their son on April 11, 2020, writing an emotional caption:

 “My whole world has stopped. Please pray for my husband. Prayer warriors, prayer circles, whatever you’ve got. Energy, meditation, positive thinking. He is fighting for his life right now. Elvis and I need you Nick Cordero. It’s time to fight daddy.“

Amada’s Instagram is evidence of how much the family misses the main man. Particularly, on the 10th month birthday of their son, Amanda posted a picture of her son, holding the guitar of his father with the emotional message.

She Wrote:

“Elvis is 10 months old today! ⠀ I can’t wait for Nick to see this picture of Elvis holding his first guitar. He will be so proud. No one loves music more than my husband and Elvis is clearly on the same path. He was conceived in New Orleans, born in NYC and raised in Laurel Canyon, he’s got music in his bones.“

She continued writing:

“He’s standing on his own, tells me no, walks with help from his walker, plays games (loves “I’m gonna get you), has discovered Elmo, loves music class and even bangs his head to the beat, loves cuddles and walks in the neighborhood. I know I can speak for Nick in saying you’re the highlight of our lives Elvis! Thank you for making mommy smile everyday right now!“

Instagram Fans Knew About Her Husband Contracting COVID-19 on 1st April 2020

Amanda revealed the sickness of her husband for the first time on her Instagram on 1st April 2020. In particular, Amanda posted a picture of her husband and son, urging for the prayers with all the well-wishers via caption.

“My sweet husband needs your prayers please. Nick has been sick for awhile with what we were told last week was pneumonia. Unfortunately we think he was misdiagnosed and we are waiting to hear if this is in fact COVID. He is scared, in the ICU and now unconscious so his body can get enough oxygen.“, Amada wrote on her Instagram

Furthermore, she continued writing:

“We are all trying to stay positive and strong knowing that he is in the best care. I miss him terribly. I’m not allowed there to visit of course and can do nothing to help him. Nick is scared too, this has gone from bad to worse. He isn’t allowed to eat or drink, he is very weak and having a hard time breathing. Elvis and I are feeling completely fine. My hubby is fighting like a champ but this is serious. Please stay home everybody. Thank you to everyone who has been helping us so far you know who are and you are all angels.“

Nick Cordero Fell Ill In Early March

Cordero first became ill in early March but his symptoms were not matching the symptoms of COVID-19. Furthermore, on 19 March, Kloots told BuzzFeed News he was unable to get out of bed. Additionally, she also said that Nick spent the next six days on the bed.

In the interview with Buzzfeed, Kloot Said:

“He said, ‘I love you, they have decided to put me on a ventilator with a breathing tube and I’m gonna go unconscious and I don’t know when I’ll wake up, and I don’t know when I’ll be able to talk to you again.“

Although Amanda and her son Elvis are having a hard time, Amanda believes that things haven’t been all bad. Additionally, the family has been getting messages and prayers from neighbors, friends, and family. We wish and pray for the speedy recovery of Amanda Kloot’s husband, Nick Cordero.
